All items will ship via USPS with tracking.

You can request a different shipping service before you place your order. There may be an additional charge on different shipping choices.

Return & Exchange Policy

We only except returns on items that have a defect and we are contacted within 7 business days. Please make sure to check sizes and colors before ordering.

All personalized products aren't completed until a proof is sent and approved. Customer is responsible for ensuring that the proof is correct and error free before approving.

If a return or exchange is accepted that doesn't have a defect the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
